Pinned ("we", "us", or "our") operates getpinned.io. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it. We keep this simple because we're a small indie product and we respect your privacy.
1. What we collect
Right now, Pinned is in waitlist mode. The only information we collect is:
- Your email address, when you voluntarily join our waitlist
We do not collect your name, location, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.
2. How we use your email
We use your email address for one purpose only:
- To notify you when Pinned launches
- To send occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
We will never sell your email address to anyone. We will never send you unrelated promotional content.
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party tools to operate the waitlist:
- Tally.so — collects waitlist form submissions. Tally's Privacy Policy
- Loops.so — sends confirmation and launch emails. Loops's Privacy Policy
Your email may be stored on the servers of these services. We have chosen providers that take data privacy seriously.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics on this site. We do not track your browsing behaviour.
5. Data retention
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until 12 months after Pinned's public launch — whichever comes first. After that, it is permanently deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to delete your data at any time
- Unsubscribe from all emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send

7. Children's privacy
Pinned is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We may also notify waitlist subscribers by email.
